Dear Friends of A Women's Wellness Center,
I believe in miracles, do you? In 2011 we saw and experienced one miracle after another. Our hope for you and your family is for you to see and experience many miracles as you have a blessed Christmas Season and a New Year that is full of Health, Love, Joy and Prosperity.
We are looking forward to our continued relationship with you and our continued service to the community next year. If you can send an end of year donation it will be greatly appreciated by the women and families we serve. Please be as generous as you can every amount helps - dontate now.
Your Generosity in 2011 Helped Us To Fund Services For Women Diagnosed With Cancer:
- Fund the only non-profit Health Boutique in South Bay for women diagnosed with cancer where we offer Free wigs for the women who loose their hair during chemotherapy treatment.
- Provide Affordable Wellness Therapies and Classes that research has proven naturally improve the quality of their life and minimize the side effects of cancer treatment such as pain, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.
- Wellness Coaching and support to help with managing the side effects such as; loss of appetite, mouth sores, and nausea.
- Resource and Referrals to other community resources, to help with finances, co-pays, transportation, support and other needs.

Help Yourself AS You Help Others
We have some very exciting activities to share, learn and heal in 2012 that we hope you will take advantage of where you will have the opportunity to "Help Yourself As You Help Others" call (619) 425-5927 to register to one or more of our programs. Your participation in all our programs and fund raising events helps to fund programs for low income women who are experiencing a life threatening illness like cancer.
Women's Wellness Monthly Breakfasts 2012

January 31st, 2012 - Women's Qigong for Health & Longevity
Botanical Healing Club (Herbs, Spices, & Flowers)
Learn about the healing properties of herbs, spices and flowers and how to incorporate them to your everyday living. Bring some to share with others.

Gentle Yoga - Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

We hope that you will see the importance of supporting an organization that serves the needs of women of South Bay. By helping women, we are helping their families and in turn this helps the entire community.
Here Is How You Can Help
Become an Angel and Give Hope and Healing
With your financial support, car donations or volunteer services, we offer affordable wellness services for low-income men and women diagnosed with cancer and other degenerative illness who need relief from chronic pain, depression, nausea, fatigue, and other incapacitating symptoms.
Individuals who are at poverty levels should also have the opportunity to naturally live without pain and suffering.
Become an "Angel of Hope." We are very grateful to the current Donors and Sponsors.
$1,200 Angel of Love - sponsors 1 man or woman diagnosed with cancer for one year. This only is only $100 per month.
$600 Angel of Hope - sponsors 1 woman or man diagnosed with cancer for 6 months.
$300 Angel of Peace - sponsors 1 man or woman diagnosed with cancer for 3 months.
Volunteer opportunities are always available at A Women's Wellness Center:
- Fund Raising
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Community Outreach and Marketing
- Administrative
